Hello,

I am also teaching my child to read this year and frankly there are many sources. We passed the stage of basic Bob/Tug the pup books and now it gets more confusing with more complex words. I have gotten the logic of English and the Doodling Dragons/Whales/Knights but I wonder if you ever tried Reading Pathways/Phonics Pathways by Dolores Hiskes? I would like to have a book to follow where we can practice more of those sounds found in Whales/Knights books. I am not an expert so I don't know if they come along together or they are not related. Would love to see your opinion on those if you looked into them.
