Parenting Books on Reading

Really, these are the books that gave me the idea to start this in the first place. I spent SO much time researching what I should be reading to my oldest child, that I wanted to share what I’d learned. My grandmother was a children’s librarian and made me recognize what a big impact stories could have in the life of a child.

Note that if you only had time to read one parenting book on reading, I currently recommend The Read-Aloud Handbook by Jim Trelease.
