These are the most simple, well-loved books for babies and toddlers. If you have a baby or toddler, I’d definitely make sure you try to read these books during the first few years of life as an older preschooler may no longer enjoy them. (Then again, my almost 5 year old still loves many of these books.) However, please don’t feel limited to this list. My toddlers have enjoyed many of the books on the Best Books for Preschool page as well, there are just some aspects of those books that went over their heads.
