Comments This is a story about a very active, strong-willed, independent young pig. Anyone who has a kid that never seems to sit down and stop moving will appreciate this book. When I told my 4 year old that Olivia reminded me of him on the page where she wears even herself out, he thought that was funny. The black and white art with a touch of red on each page is also very striking and appealing. I especially love the picture where she gets sunburned and turns into a pink little piggy. My 4 year old son seemed engrossed in this book while I read it to him, but he didn’t ask to have it read again. My two year old was also listening at the time and the story is simple enough that I think she understood most of it as well.
