Comments: This book is a retelling of Goldilocks and the Three Bears set in the Arctic featuring an Inuit girl named Aloo-ki. Both my kids (2 and 4) wanted this book read night and night. I think my son loved the connection to Goldilocks and the fact that he was old enough to realize it on his own. I was surprised by how much my 2 year old understood. She was the one who picked up on (and was very concerned about) Aloo-ki not giving back the boots.
