Comments: My 5 and a half year old is absolutely in love with this book. It has been awhile since he has wanted the exact same book read every night for weeks on end, but I can’t even remember the last time he didn’t include this book as one of his picks at bed time. This classic story of the three little pigs, told from the point of view of the Big Bad Wolf, explains why the wolf is not really to blame for what happened. This is one of those books that I don’t mind reading over and over again. I think it’s funny too and it doesn’t seem to get old. The line near the end where the brick-laying pig insults the wolf’s grandmother makes my kindergartener giggle hysterically every single time. I love that sound. As long as this book continue to bring him such happiness, I will read this book every night for as long as my son wants.
